Description

Craniosacral therapy will help “anyone who desires to feel better and wishes to alleviate any nagging discomforts utilizing a healing modality that does not involve prescription drugs.”  – Dr. Wayne Dyer

What is Craniosacral:
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle non-invasive method for healing the whole body. The process is simple. The client lays on a massage table, fully clothed as Joanna performs the therapy which is a very light and still therapy, unlike a massage, there is no kneading or pushing.  A session can last from 15 minutes to more than an hour, and it can be used alone or in conjunction with other therapies. Craniosacral activates you own natural healing mechanisms, to release negative effects that stress puts on the Central Nervous System. It is common for clients to fall asleep, have a deep rest or journey during the treatment as the craniosacral system begins to become unrestricted and flowing.

How can I benefit from Craniosacral Therapy?
It is a powerful treatment for stress, anxiety and pain, with most clients leaving more rested and relaxed often with a decrease in physical pain.
The process allows for deep relaxation and healing not only on the physical level but the spiritual level as well allowing for greater connection with the divine to pave the way for profound changes in one’s life.
